The Digital Vault is a secure home for your important documents, keeping them organised and ready for the people who'll need them. It doesn't replace your solicitor or provide legal advice — think of it as the safe, well-labelled place where everything lives, so your wishes are easy to find when it matters most.

You may store copies of Wills, Powers of Attorney, advance directives, identification documents, insurance policies, property records, personal instructions, and contact lists. Documents are stored as records, not originals.

Yes. The Digital Vault is a standard feature of every LifeRegistry membership. There is no separate cost or add‑on – it’s included with your annual membership from the moment you join.

You may define conditions for document release, such as upon confirmation of death or to named contacts. Release is administrative, not automatic, and may require reasonable evidence. It does not constitute validation or execution.

You're in full control of what you store, so it's worth uploading current, valid documents and refreshing them when things change. We keep everything secure and organised for you — and you can update or replace any document at any time from your member portal.

Yes. You can store Powers of Attorney. However, LifeRegistry does not verify authenticity, confirm legal enforceability, activate authority, or notify third parties. It stores and releases copies only.

Access is limited to you during active membership and to authorised release recipients as defined by your conditions. LifeRegistry prioritises data security and controlled access.

Your documents are always yours. You can download or export anything you've stored at any time to keep your own copies. If you ever cancel, storage and access wind down in line with our data retention policy, so we'd simply recommend downloading a copy of anything you'd like to keep first.

You're in control of your documents — keeping them accurate, up to date, and letting the right people know they exist. Whenever something changes, you can update them in moments from your member portal.
